Trophies

ABTC/NIBTC club show trophies are competed for yearly. They are a culmination of points won at the club's specialist Open and Champ shows for that year. The top scorer wins the 'Club Show Winner', and next highest scorer of the opposite sex wins 'Best Opposite sex to Club Show Winner'. Points won by the progeny of each dog that competed in club shows are added together to find the highest scoring stud dog and brood bitch in each year, who are then awarded with the 'Stud Dog' and 'Brood Bitch' trophies. These four awards are the most prestigious of the club's awards as they are based on placings obtained soley from specialist Bull Terrier judges.

ABTC/NIBTC point-score trophies are competed for yearly, and calculated by adding a dog's best eight 'all breed' show results together with the points won at the club's specialty Bull Terrier Open and Champ shows.
